IPv4 Hub ("we", "us") operates an online marketplace at ipv4hub.com through which holders of IPv4 address space ("Owners") may offer that space for lease, and other organisations ("Tenants") may lease it. These terms govern your use of the site and any lease arranged through it.
We are a marketplace and a facilitator. A lease is an agreement between an Owner and a Tenant. We verify the parties, generate the authorisation documents, create routing objects where a registry API permits, handle billing, and monitor address reputation. We are not a party to the lease itself, we do not take custody of address space, and we do not transfer registrations.
You must give accurate information when registering and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Every login requires a one-time code sent to your registered email address; keeping access to that mailbox secure is your responsibility. We may suspend an account that appears compromised, is used to submit false information, or breaches these terms.
By listing a block you confirm that you are its registered holder or are authorised by the holder to lease it, that you have the authority to sign authorisations for it, and that the block is free of any encumbrance preventing a lease. You must keep your registry records accurate and respond to abuse reports concerning your space. You may set your own price, minimum term and permitted use, and may decline any Tenant.
You may announce and use leased space only within the permitted use set by the Owner and our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not sub-lease, resell or transfer the right to announce without the Owner's written consent. You must maintain accurate contact details for abuse handling and respond promptly to abuse reports concerning addresses you are announcing.
We verify Owners against registry records and verify Tenants before permitting a lease. We may decline or reverse verification at our discretion. Verification is a check on the information available to us; it is not a guarantee about any party.
Tenants pay the monthly rate shown on the listing. Owners pay a commission of 15% of the monthly lease value, deducted before payout. Listing, verification and monitoring of blocks transacted here carry no separate fee. Invoices are issued monthly in advance and are due on the date stated.
An unpaid invoice enters a ten-day grace period, during which reminders are sent. If it remains unpaid at the end of that period the route authorisation may be withdrawn and the lease suspended. Suspension does not cancel amounts already owed.
A lease runs for the minimum term agreed and continues month to month afterwards until either party gives notice. Either party may terminate immediately for material breach, including confirmed abuse of the space. On termination the Tenant must withdraw announcements promptly and we will revoke associated routing objects.
We monitor leased and listed blocks against public blocklists and report what we find to both parties. We do not warrant that a block is or will remain unlisted, and we do not control the operators of those lists or their delisting processes.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from a counterparty's acts or omissions. Our aggregate liability in connection with these terms is limited to the fees we received from you in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified to registered users by email at least thirty days before they take effect. Continuing to use the site after that date constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
